This is against terms of service and will likely eventuate in your account being closed. I’d suggest finding a p2p swap/transfer.

If you cannot deposit from your location, play on a site that does take your money or move to somewhere where Stars will take your money. Don't try to circumvent this sort of thing, it never ends well
