Not defending the guy, but the title does not say "off" it says "of" probably his way of saying 30% off, instead he said I'm selling it for 70% worth. Either way this is all just very weird and sucks if it's a scam.

Maybe the guy just crashed on his way to ship it, either way I'm guessing the guy who bought it is out of luck.

The reason I sent more then the $370 for the product was two fold.

a. shipping was included and I sent for 3 day international shipping.
b. Someone offered him $400 or so he said and said $380 was a nice compromise.

He couldn't have crashed since his SN is signed on from time to time (no reply) and he told me from that sn that he had shipped product already.

He's now claiming he was put into a mental health hospital and that he wrote down the address wrong when he sent it. :/ I asked for the $$ back as opposed to the lap top and he said that he already spent the money and is broke.

as said before on msn , i am unable to get to a post office right now. i can send cash back in 2months or so when i get money again or i can send the laptop in a few weeks or so hopefully, depends when i get released from here. sorry for inconvienience, if you dont need the laptop anymore you can consider it a loan with 5$ interest, i would rather send the laptop of course since im trying to sell it. i think you said on msn, whichever can happen first is fine with you.

why not? you're using being certified crazy as an excuse. Its also not like you have handled this in an efficient manner whatsoever, so ppl assuming that you ripped him off arent at all out of line.
