as of today its myself, my brother and one other (he leaves at the end of this month)

then its like 90% that my two friends from vegas are moving in as of sept 1st and a hometown friend is also moving around sept 1st as well...which would leave one room available

i have a few rooms that can be rented out for ONE month only starting August 1st, and one that could be more long term

i got a PM today for interest in moving in as of sept 1st and he may be checking the house out as early as this week...so if you or anyone is interested they should get in touch with me asap

Rooms are now open because some plans changed.

As of now its my brother and I in the house with one person moving in Sept 1st (a friend of mine from NY). You could move in immediately or lock up a room for Sept 1st, I have a few PMs with potential interest so try to let me know ASAP if youre considering.

I will be leaving for about one month starting late August but you still will be able to move in whether I'm at the house during your move in or not.

Just filled up the last two rooms, so all 5 rooms are booked at the moment. I do have a room in the garage, it is smaller and not as nice but it definitely can work for someone who just needs a place to sleep while still having access at the entire house. It will obv be at a discounted rate, if anyone is interested just let me know

If any of the other rooms open up, I'll update here
