Room at Rio over EDC weekend

Selling a room at Rio over one of the busiest weekends of the year.
Check-in on Thursday the 19th and Check-out on Monday June 23rd for a 4 night stay.
The room is currently a Deluxe 2 Queens non-smoking strip View. Booking it through the Rio website you get a price of $820 which does not include resort fees.
I am asking $400 total and resort fees are not required (this means internet is not included).
It might be possible to change the dates a day earlier or later if you would like. Let me know and I will check it out.

The person who was taking the room fell through at the last minute so it is now available once again. Please let me know ASAP if interested so we can confirm it.
