I have been a French pro player for 13 years and I started a French VLOG to do coaching alongside my player activity for the next few years.
I rented a villa on flamingo road where I have a few players who come to be coached. But I still have a room available that I would like to rent without coaching because I want to free up some time to play one or two tournaments during the week.

I rent this villa between May 15 and June 15. It is located right next to the smith supermarket on flamingo road, it is 15 min by bus from ballys, ceasar palace etc… a very good location… if you are interested in staying a week or more in this villa, contact me privately agree on a price

He's from a part of the developed world where regular people ride the bus.

Therefore he might not be aware that people in the US don't do that outside of New York.

He probably also wouldn't consider individually wrapped in plastic slices of yellow processed cheese product as actually being something you would call "cheese".
