Room for rent in Vegas poker house, 10 min from strip

Hey guys,
I posted about this over in LVL to gauge interest about a month ago but now I'm officially listing it here. Starting March 10th and April 1st we'll have 3 total rooms open in my 5 bedroom house 10 minutes southwest of the strip.
Amenities include a sauna, steamroom, salt water pool and hot tub, pool table room, ping pong room and an upstairs loft with a ~60 inch TV. We also have 2 small and very friendly dogs.
The room options include a downstairs room with hardwood floor, an upstairs regular room with carpet and a shared bathroom, and a co-master room with its own bathroom.
Downstairs room - $575
Upstairs room - $680
Co-master room - $790
This is including all utilities.
PM me for information, move in dates as early as March 11th would be accepted.

Everyone currently there plays for a living. I travel around a bit to play online and play live tournaments, the rest play on the NV sites and live.

I got a few temporary roommates, however there is still room available in May-October. Because it's closer to summer I'll have to charge more in that case because of the larger demand, if anyone is interested after learning this shoot me a PM.

OP let me stay at his place while I was still looking for my own apartment last year. Place is amazing for poker players and he's a stand up dude who'd never screw you over. The price is well worth just the back and forth poker chat you'll get.
