hey, i currently live in a 3bd 2 bath condo which is 50 yards above the stagecoach lift at heavenly. the condo works best w/two people as the 3rd bedroom is a loft which is being used as office/place to grind. so you would have ur own bedroom and bathroom.the condo is also fully furnished. rent is 600 a month +utilities which are about 100ish$ a month.

im 28 and play 100 and 200 nl on ftp.im laid back and go out on average one night a week.also i love to snowboard.

if ur interested post here or pm me and we can start to work out the details. ur lease will start nov 1 but u can move in before then if u want to.i will put pics up by tomorrow.

my bedroom is down stairs urs would be on the same floor as living room and kitchen. there is a washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. 2 full bedrooms w/2 bathrooms both w/ showers. lease would be six months starting nov 1.

Damn, this is sick, I might actually do this. Would you take Stars/FTP $ for rent or would you need cash? I play cash games 1/2-3/6 NL/PL and MTTs. Most of my $ is online so I'd have to cash out some of my roll for rent.

What resorts do you have season passes to? How much do they cost?

u would def need to cash out. and have accts that are proven winners over a decent number of hands through ptr. paying online is not an option.

heavenly is a must as its right outside ur front door.last year i had a squaw pass as well but will probably try kirkwood this year.passes cost around 300$ each.

here is some more info about the area and condo

-temp varies in the winter. when storms roll through it can be fairly cold maybe 20-30 degrees f then when they clear out it is often warm 40-50 f. weather is strange here but it makes a fun snowpack where snow sticks to rocks and cliffs w/o much of a base so very steep lines go off early and often (basically every time it snows).in comparison im from a ski town in colorado (crested butte) where its very cold all winter making for lighter snow w/ less moisture content and therefor the need a huge base to open steeps so they often wont open before mid to late feb.

-there is a restaurant (very good pizza) and mini mart w/in walking distance. and then a 5 min drive or free bus ride is south lake tahoe which is packed w/food and night life.there are some casinos on the nv side which have clubs that blow up on weekends and then the cali side has more of a local vibe. tons and tons of good food all of south lake. also i go to carson city (30 min drive) about 2 times a month and stock up on trader joes (easy to prepare health food).

-we will share a po box for reg mail and the condo also get delivery's to the door for ups fed ex.

-utilities are gas, electric, and high speed internet (very reliable ive dc'd maybe 2 times in the last 6 months).basic cable and water come with the place.also there is a hottub and pool the condo gives us access to.

The room has been rented.
