Private Room available for one person, in Henderson, NV (18 minutes to Rio) for the World Series. Room is available May 25 (flexible) and is needed back by August 1 (flexible).

The private room comes with a private bathroom and is in a fully furnished 2br / 2ba with washer / dryer and a balcony. Our complex has a gym and pool and plenty of parking. Rent is $1800 for May 25-July 30. I would prefer to have someone for the entire series, but am willing to discuss short stays as well. There is no discount if you decide to leave right at July 15 - when the series ends - that will be your choice. I will be flying out to Indonesia sometime before July 15 - so if you decide to stay until the end of the month, you will have the entire apartment to yourself for the last 2-3 weeks. The offer is $1800/month for the entire series, with the option of July 15-30 for free if you choose to stay a bit longer.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am a former live pro 2007-20012 who is also a retired former bar owner / operator. I am currently in school full time to become a teacher. This summer, I will be playing cash games (mostly SSPLO) every day from the end of May until Mid-July. 7 days / week, 10+ hours a day. The only other priorities I will have is one online class and hitting the gym for an hour or so before I head out to play.

I am not looking for a permanent roommate. I will need the room back around August 1, as my wife, son and I will be returning home from Indonesia. My wife is Indonesian and spends every summer overseas.

This is a bring your toothbrush situation. You will need nothing except your clothes and your will to grind.
