The Room is available from September 21-February 12.

$825 / month includes all utilities / high speed internet and a housecleaner every 2 weeks. No deposit needed if you have a solid history in the 2+2 community.

If you want to stay less than one month, I would be open to that, but I would charge $33 / day.

It would be much more convenient for you if you had a car. As I said, off-street parking included.

You would be sharing the place with a 4-5 night per week live PLO / NL grinder (at the Aria mostly) who also plays PLO 50-100 online. I am a semi-retired 50 year old who still owns part of a profitable bar in Brooklyn. My Indonesian wife and 4 year old son are going to Indonesia for ~5 months to start a business over there, hence the empty room. I will be joining them in Indonesia from October 22 - December 12, so if someone takes the room for any length of time, they will wind up having the place to themselves for 7 weeks.
