I would really appreciate it if people could start acting a little bit more mature.

If you are no longer interested, all you have to do is say so. I'm not going to be angry.

But ignoring messages, out of the blue, reminds me of 13 year old girls.

ya they are 100% open and of course their website is going to say its awesome, but be honest dude. You know if hasnt snowed in a month so to say the conditions are amazing is more than a bit of a stretch. Not trying to discourage people from moving to your house at all. Tahoe is a pretty nice place to live, but the snow conditions honestly kind of suck right now
