We have two rooms opening in our Vegas poker house.

The house is fully furnished including washer and dryer and has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. It is located in SW Las Vegas about 15 minutes from the strip, off of Rainbow and Windmill in a gated community. Plenty of food places nearby.

The house has everything you need to be comfortable and all utilities are included in the rental price. The rental price for the Master Bedroom is $1200 a month and the single bedroom is $750 per month. I am willing to discuss discounts for longer rentals and would prefer a minimum of 3 months.

There are two dogs in the house but they are well behaved, house trained and very friendly.

The house has all of the following:
Pool table
Pool
Hot tub
Putting Green
Poker Table
NFL Sunday ticket
Fox Soccer and Fox Soccer Plus
PS3 / Xbox 360
Full Direct TV with HBO & Cinemax (Master Bedroom already has full DVR set up)
3 car garage.

Currently 4 guys in the house. All issues with the house are dealt with promptly as I currently live in the house also.

We have a room opening Jan 1st 2013.

The room has an en suite bathroom and shower and is noticeably bigger than the single rooms. The room has a small walk in closet and is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. It also comes with a Direct TV box included in the rental price of $800 per month including all bills and utilities. All of the amenities remain the same in the house.

Price for the room can be negotiated based on desired length of stay.

Just wanted to post that I took this room Feb 1st and everything is completely as advertised here. Been living in the house for a few days and loving it so far.

We have a bedroom opening up as of March 1st. All of the above utilities are still included at the rental price of $700 a month. Feel free to pm me or ask questions directly in the thread.

We have two leases that are expiring in the coming weeks and we will have both the master bedroom and also a single bedroom available. The master is available for $950 a month and the single bedroom is available for $650. All utilities are included in the price as is Direct TV. Rooms both come furnished and are move in ready.

I'm the person leaving both rooms. I've been in the house for 2.5 years and absolutely love it. So much, in fact, that the first time my gf and I decided we needed more space we just rented a second room rather than moving out.

We're leaving because it feels like the right time to get a place of our own, but if I were single I wouldn't remotely consider giving this place up. It's really perfect for anyone making the move to Vegas - especially so if it's your first time moving out here (it was my first time when I moved in). Highly recommend it.
