I have a one week timeshare in Maui, Hawaii, that I am unable to use this year. It is a fixed week, from September 4, 2010, to September 11, 2010. That's 7 days, 6 nights, and I'm offering it for $500.

My unit is on the 4th floor with a fantastic ocean view. It includes a master bedroom which sleeps 2, a loft with 2 full beds, and a pull-out couch which can sleep two more. The unit comes with a complete kitchen, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, all the plates, pans, and utensils, etc, you need. A supermarket is right down the street, so you don't have to spend money at restaurants for every meal. There are also 5 or 6 community barbecues right outside by the pool as well. The unit also includes a TV and DVD player, plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Papakea resort does housekeeping once/week (Wednesdays). There are 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, and it's right next to the ocean. This is a big enough resort so that you get most of the amenities you need, while still small enough that it still feels like a great getaway spot without being swallowed by some large chain hotel.

My annual fees for this timeshare are just over $1k, so I'm trying to recoup some of that. $500 for 7 days in Maui is a good deal. I can accept Paypal, Stars, or Full Tilt. Please feel free to ask any questions or PM me if interested.

What is the weather typically like in September? I imagine it's pretty close to perfect.

It's still on the warm side, but you're right, it's pretty gorgeous. The unit has A/C, btw. Another nice thing about that particular week is that it's right after Labor Day, and most of the summer tourists have left.

I wonder if I can still wear white. Anyway, I'm going to talk to a few people -- definitely interested.

Poker houses need to be longer than a week and need to be somewhere you can get your computer easily i think
