I revised the leaderboard a bit and got it under 40k. Changed the color to look more like an actual bill.

Hardest part is getting the file size down

OK, I haven't had much time to examine closely, but at a quick glance it looks like we're pretty much there.

Joe - I like the new colours better for sure. Is it difficult to whip up the same with the intro price text at the bottom in place of the discount? I want to have both; we'll use the discount banner until July, and then switch.

We could use some new banners, so it's time to bump this up. Here's how the last contest looked:

When we ran this the first time, the threads were available at a special introductory rate of only $50 - now the standard price is $150. As a result, the prize up for grabs this time is 2 months in the CM. Again, there may be one winner, or two.

And of course, your work will be shown off on 2+2 for months to come.

I expect to have about a half dozen new advertisers over the next couple of weeks; two have paid and will be starting threads in the next day or two, and a few more are talking to me. And I'm making a push to get more. Therefore, I'd like the banners to include some mention of the fact that we have new ads/advertisers/listings; whatever wording you think works.

Ideally, I'm hoping to end up with a couple fresh new usable banners of each size.

I know Brandon Adams is probably getting a little more than he paid for with this banner, but your CTR rate would be insane.

And I personally think leveraging the most enticing deals is the best way to go, and perhaps you can squeeze more $$ out of BA

I like the look, but I'd steer away from anything that includes specific products being advertised there now - that changes, and I'd like to use the banners for a little while.

np, could be easily changed if you end up using it. Could switch the bottom line to something like "Businesses: Advertise to the biggest poker community", and prob change the blue button to "check it out"

They look good. Curious though...is it just my monitor and/or an optical illusion, or is there something going on with the white background? Sort of some gray speckles that get darker as you go farther down the vertical banners.

Would still love some for the new Classified forum. It's an even more inexpensive option, targeted toward smaller business/individuals.
