I opened a thread like this 4 months ago, but it didn't work out and I had to settle for an appartement. So now I am looking again.

I am looking for a property, that has a minimum distance of 65ft (200 meters) from the CLOSEST neighbour.
My budget is 700 pounds for just the rent. Anywhere in the UK is fine.
I think a farm house will match these details, though there shouldn't be any neighbours in a distance of 65ft. Not even 1.

The previous time, a lot of people spammed links from rightmove without making sure that there is a distance from the neighbours. I've made up my mind, I don't want any house that doesn't match these criteria. So please make sure before you post a link. Also if people just walk in the agencies there may be a better chance in finding one. Especially if you live in rural locations. Agencies there usually have properties like this.

Whoever can find me a place like this will be awarded $150 on Pokerstars/FTP once I rent the property you mentioned to me.

Attention to HU SNG players:
Those who are more interested in free coaching than free $$$, will have the option to switch their award into 3 free coaching sessions for HU SNG's.
I'm doing this to increase the amount of people who are willing to spend time in searching for a house as regulars may not care for $150.
However since my normal rate per session is $150 this deal will be more attractive for them.

Disclaimer: Obviously I will only pick 1 house and the (first) person who mentioned it to me will be the one who gets the award. If I happen to find a house myself that no one else mentioned and decide it's the right one for me, no one will receive the award. Mistake in the distance. It should be 650ft which equals to about 200 meters.

Still nothing . Hope someone can find something like this. I know these houses are out there, I've found a few, but been unlucky as they got rented out to one of their family members, or had transport problems etc.

You have no preference on whether or not you live alone? B&Bs and hostels of this type are going to be very common and meet your budget. Private accommodation will be a harder find so I'm assuming that's what your looking for.

I mean, I can do with ANYTHING. That means, rat, cockroaches, roof with holes that drip during rain, you name it.

Are there like industrials, or abondoned magazines that are easily findable with my budget? Or, any government schemes?

The only important thing is the internet and the distance from neighbours. But that's an expensive combination :/. Much harder to find than I thought :/.

But seriously back to the abondoned industrial building thing, is it possible to like live in one of them if approved by government? Where do I need to contact to find that out?

There are companies that operate as middle men to find tenants for accommodation that is at risk of picking up squatters. You keep the building tidy, occupied and pay a discounted amount of rent, they get a small income and legal protection vs squatters. Can't find any information online unfortuntaly.

My dad used to look after a local parish. He isn't remotely religious but he got the place rent free in return for keeping it in good shape.

OK I am lowering my criteria from 200 meters to 30 meters. Need a detached house ASAP.

Even willing to raise my budget to 800 if really needed.
