I am currently living in The Netherlands and am looking to move to the UK. I am looking for a place to rent but due to my condition it makes it difficult. I suffer from the syndrome of Gilles de la Tourette with coprolalia which means I have loud vocal tics. Therefore I am looking to rent a detached house, preferably somewhat secluded or private so that I won't be a burden to the neighbours.

Whoever can find me a place like this will be awarded $150 on Pokerstars/FTP once I move in the house (note: I have an urgency).

Things that I'm looking in a house:
-Distance from the neighbours
-The cheaper the better (MAX 800 pounds per month)
-Directly available

Attention to HU SNG players:
Those who are more interested in free coaching than free $$$, will have the option to switch their award into 3 free coaching sessions for HU SNG's.
I'm doing this to increase the amount of people who are willing to spend time in searching for a house as regulars may not care for $150.
However since my normal rate per session is $150 this deal will be more attractive for them.

Disclaimer: Obviously I will only pick 1 house and the (first) person who mentioned it to me will be the one who gets the award. If I happen to find a house myself that no one else mentioned and decide it's the right one for me, no one will receive the award. However, I will grant a free coaching session to the one that would be my pick otherwise.
All coaching sessions will have to be used up within 60 days from the time I move in.

Much thanks to those who will try to help me out.

The first one is actually quite good money wise and distance wise. I will give them a call tomorrow.

Further information on this thread:
I weigh the different qualities together. Like, the more distance from the neighbours and the lower the price, the more plus points (you can check satellite map to find out). Same go's for things like, whether it comes furnished or not, because that's a plus aswell. Like, I'd be more inclined to pay £750 per month on a furnished house with a 200 meters distance from the neighbours than one with only 30 meters.
And it doesn't have to be a house, it can be a bungalow aswell. But obviously, as a house allows less sound to escape to the outside, it's preferred more than a bungalow. You get the point.

Some extra things to add:
Sites such as rightmove.co.uk, fish4.co.uk almost always require me to view the house in person before being able to rent it, so I have decided to stay in UK with some distant family for 1-2 weeks so that I can be able to view the houses myself. I will be there early march.
So once I'm there, I will call all the houses that have been mentioned through me in this thread, or through PM and set up a date.

@ RUBINH: the 1st house was nice but it says I've to share it with other people, so that's out of the picture.

@ Coasterbrad: those houses are too close to the neighbours unfortunately. The last one aswell.

Distance is the most important thing. You can use the map view to see how much the distance is, cause photos always make it look unreal. So you'll see the last one only has like 10 meters distance. I'm looking for something atleast 60-70 meters if it's a house. Or 100+ meters if it's a bungalow or anything made out of wood.

PS: previous post I misspelled the last sentence, "through me" should be "to me".
Thank you .

edit:
Here are some houses I've found myself that match the criteria somewhat:

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-...-31188239.html

And all of the houses at McCartneys agency aswell but can't link them here.

However, most of these houses already have many applicants and could be taken by the time im in UK, so I still need lots of more houses. So please keep looking!

I've decided to move to UK sooner, my flight is on wednesday 23th.
So far none of these houses have met my criteria. Cause they all miss the most important thing. Distance from the neighbours.

Doesn't matter. Though, preferably near London. But this is not a huge factor!
The biggest factors are:
-Distance from neighbour
-Price

That's all. I've already found hundreds of detached houses. But that's not what I'm looking for. I'm really looking for a large distance with the closest neighbours!

1) http://rent.netmovers.co.uk/property...oes-dyfed-sa44

this seems super isolated, but no telephone line so maybe no internet, not good for an internet poker player!

2) http://www.findaproperty.com/display...=1&pid=8203081

this one seems more modern, telephone line and everything, looks perfect?

3) http://www.findaproperty.com/display...=1&pid=7586126

maybe a bit too close to the neighbours, but not 100% sure

best one Ive seen all day. looks perfect for you. The ONLY problem is that you cant move in until April. Maybe call them up and just ask if you can sooner? With this economy people are happy to let people move in asap

OK guys, I'm in Woking - England right now. I haven't found a house yet and will be looking daily on this site to see what's being added. I am able to travel in the UK to view the houses in person. I will also be calling the houses/agencies that have been mentioned to me in this thread.
Please note, I have come to the conclusion that the house definetly needs to be a furnished house. Also, I will be fine with short term lettings aswell, no matter how short. My maximum pay in advance is 6 months though.

Edit: it doesn't HAVE to be furnished. It's preferred, but it's not needed .

OK guys, let the game begin!
