A house member had to leave unexpectedly and thus a space is open immediately. I have PMed a few people on the wait list but they could not insta move out to Bangkok.

Therefore, the room is now available publicly to whoever contacts me and deposits first and can start paying rent within 10 days.

I'm about to board a very long flight so if anyone wants it for sure here is my stars info for the $1,000 deposit. I'll check as soon as I land and send back money if more than one person attempt to reserve the space.

There is still a spot open immediately and open to anyone who want it, no wait list at all. First come first serve and googogg to bkk.

Also you'll notice the wait list has gotten a little more reasonable and I would expect anyone who may be interested for October/November to have a very good shot at getting a room.

Of course if you want a date way in the future, such as July 2010, put your name down to lock up a space if we do extend the lease past January. The only we'll way I'll know if there is interest is, well, if there is an interest list.

2) No poker sites that I know of are banned, but there are some sportsbook and porno sites that I cannot access.

Get a VPN server service like swissvpn.net and you are good to go. If it is just websites, you can use hidemyass.com and enjoy your p0rn!

I don't get to use moneybookers or neteller, because I'm American . I know some scandis have been using it seemingly without any trouble. I always just wire money to my checking account then withdrawl money using my debit card at any of the various banks around BKK.
There's gyms all over bkk. I'm not sure where the closest one to the house is though. I'm sure at the most it's a quick BTS ride away.

From what I remember reading awhile ago rainy season is ending somewhat soon, and the winter months are some of the best times to visit Thailand weather wise. Although my memory is awful, and I'm not all that good at reading.

has it really been rainy season? fwiw i prefer the weather now compared to new years, its far more bearable and the rain isn't an issue at all

Bump. All of the rooms are open. There is one room available imminently, another opening on October 12, and yet another on November 1.

If you are thinking of coming with a friend now would be a great time to lock up 2 rooms at the same time.

The lease is for sure through January, after that the poker house will most likely end.

If I would be sure that I would do 10k/month, I would be there instantly. Doing my 1st month full time grinding this month... I will know more afterwards.

I also offer coaching. Jk. There is something, though, to be said for living in a poker house. It definitely helped my game a ton, not just for strategy discussions and different viewpoints and opinions, but just having other ppl to grind next to and chat with.
