Hey,

I'm going to germany to improve (read learn) my german at the goethe institute and would love to share a room with some fellow grinders or even someone who doesnt play poker in order to be in complete immersion

would be 1 month, dunno when it depends of the city i chose and the city i chose depend of the room i find

anyone ?

hi im from dresden,
but in vegas till 20th july, and i dont really have a room to share/ no space
but i would be happy meet you have a good time
could also help w finding a room and stuff

btw the german subforums nobody reads
and there arent that many pokerpros in germany at all
so u shouldnt expeckt 100 replys in 24 hours

thanks for your reply, as a dresden resident would you recommend dresden over berlin? Also have you hear about the goethe institute in your city ? is it any good ?

anyway thanks for your kind help, maybe we'll meet i still havent decided where to go but gotta make the choice fast before it's all booked

I haven't been to Berlin but Dresden is a ****ing awesome city, enjoy OP.

Be sure to check out Dürüm Kebap Haus at Rothenburger Straße 41 near the intersection of Louisenstraße in Neustadt! It is super cheap, open late and ridiculously good.

dresden is known for its culture- old buildings and stuff
also its cleaner more nature and stuff, more culture and nature stuff close 2
also dresden is big on its student life
berlin is just a big city, much bigger, nothing special tho, probably more party stuff, if ur into that
dont know the goethe institute tho, but cant be worse than berlin
id choose dresden all day

this is dresden neustadt, the student part of town, there are probably döners all 50 meters

)
and in summer the party goes late into the morning

I'm aware of this but that particular one was by far the best and one of the cheapest too.

**** guys, dresden or berlin :<

good thing with berlin is that there is afternoon course so i could party/play/do anything at night
bad thing is is gonna **** up my sleep schedule

dresden look so beautiful, prague is not far, berlin and poland also

Prague is nice, cheap train ride to Dresden from there. Again, I've never been to Berlin so I can't really recommend somewhere else over it. Have fun!
