Looking for a plane ticket.

First off I don't know if this is even legal but I'm trying to fly roundtrip this friday and come back on tuesday from philadelphia, PA to richmond, Va. It's normally around $250 but I'm looking to pay around $125 for somebody who has miles and wants to give some away. I have never done this before so I don't even know if its legal but if it is hopefully I can find somebody to help me out.
