Recently due to black friday, I am planning on spending less time in las vegas and more outside the country. A few of my roomates have already left and so I am looking to find new roomates in my Las Vegas home. It is FAR more important for me to have roomates that I can trust living in my home, that will be respectful and trustworthy, then it is to just fill out all of the rooms. There are two rooms available, one downstairs for $800/one upstairs for $700. This includes utilities and etc.
Also I might have another deal available, I might be willing to rent out a room for a lot cheaper if you are willing to do some stuff to help maintain and take care of my house.
Either way if youd like to talk about it pm me or email me DouglasWCGPolk@gmail.com . Pretty willing to negotiate, if your interested and you have some valid references then feel free to hit me up.
All rooms are now furnished. Currently 2 of 4 rooms taken. One of the upstairs rooms for $700 and the downstairs room for $800. Also may potentially be able to talk about renting out the master bedroom if anyone wanted something nicer.
This post is the kind of accomodation/situation I'm exactly looking for the post-WSOP (around september).
My situation is the following:
Swiss/bank employeer/speak french, german, espanol, english
I'm traveling since almost 1 year in the US paying my trip exclusively with my poker income. I didn't play (making a break) until last december when I have been over there (in Las Vegas) for 2 weeks. I have realised that it is possible to life because of the easy money I did...and that something that I have in my mind since now 6-7 years (I'm 25 years old but in Europe you can play once you are 18).
I think that the best would be to stay with poker players like you have previously said. A good matter to stay focused on the target.
Can you tell me if it's place left in this flat and if not if you have any idea when it gonna be place???
