Personal Assistant

We have a personal assistant available to take care of household tasks such as garbage, general cleaning, and overall well being of the house. This is included in the rent.

The assistant is available for most any simple chore at request. (errands, food, rides, cleaning)


Each room is furnished with:
Queen bed
Nightstand
Desk
Chair

The People

Some of the players have been at the house for over four years, while some come and go on a month to month basis. I will avoid posting here in the OP, but try to keep an updated list in the thread.

We have had some amazing players pass through and we have met a lot of great people in general. From Olympic sharp shooting contenders to record holding WSOP Circuit Ring holders.

Reasons to live here

The whole point of the house is to have a good atmosphere for a career poker player. This is not a party house, but rather a place for focus and poker discussion.

If you are thinking about moving to Vegas and giving it a go at the live pro life, this is a good place to do it. We have a lot of opportunities here from good poker conversations to the pathway to a full staking deal. We want to put people in the house who are hoping to play not only in Vegas but also in LA and maybe wherever. We already have investors who purchase large packages from the people living with us.

If you like to stake other players, we have lots of action to swap or sell.

We have a good reputation in the community (since 2009) and I have a perfect record of returned deposits. (Please note that you will not get your deposit for legitimate damage done, or if you fail to pay rent)

Personal assistant living in the house can run errands and such...

We have been around with a good reputation.

There are opportunities to share expenses for trips to LA, Oklahoma, and N.O. for tournaments.
