Las Vegas house rent available for WSOP June 8th to July 10th 2010 - General Marketplace -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I have a house booked from June 8th to July 10th for WSOP 2010. There are 3 bedrooms plus 1 rollaway single. I have 2 buddies, one is planning to stay from June 8th to June 28th but might leave early, and the other one from June 8th to June 30th.

I would like to rent out the house to someone planning to stay from June 8th to July 10th, (one of us would have to use the rollaway at a discounted price until the 28th) and another person from June 28th to July 10th.

2 of us play plo and nlhe, the other one plays just plo. All mid to high stakes. The later dates would be great for anyone planning to play the wsop main event. Also it would be less than 1k for 32 nights, nowhere else in Vegas can you find a better deal.

dont mean to rip on your house, and feel free to tell me to gtfo, but have you checked out the location?

this statement would worry me "Just 7 miles from the Strip, 5 miles to premium outlet shopping, 5 miles to the downtown Freemont Experience," Triangulation puts that (probably) in North Las Vegas. It could also be aliante, which is pretty alright, though.

It would also worry me that they dont specify a location at all in the ad.

Just 3 people staying there. If someone does use the rollaway bed (for a week or so) then it will be less than 1k.

might be interested...so let me understand all this before I really try to figure out my plans:

You have one bedroom (not shared, not the rollaway) available from June 8 to July 10?

It will be under $1,000 total? Including Utilities?

How far is it from the Strip, i.e. Venetian or Bellagio? (I plan on playing live cash games everyday, so this is important)

No one has paid a deposit yet so there is a room available from June 8th to July 10th and another from June 30th to July 10th. I don't think the rollaway bed will be used. The price will be approximately 1k including utilities but not including maid service for the 32 nights. It's about 16 minutes north of the strip.

Guaranteed a room the entire time. There is one room open from June 8th to July 10th. You can book this one for less days but you will pay the same price.

Tempting, when do you need a deposit/confirmation by? Also, are you willing to accept payment for the house online with a Stars transfer (not a deal breaker)?
