-Both players need to send an email to tickettrade@winningpokernetwork.com from their registered email addresses confirming the exchange payment will be done inside the network (If we need to adjust balances) or outside the network.
-The email should include the table name from both players to confirm the transaction.

Furthermore, please note that tournament tickets can't be exchanged for cash.

I would prefer to let ACR facilitate everything. They take money from my account and put it into yours, and give me your ticket. Then you can withdraw however you wish.
