Support is not being helpful. Basically my hhs are not being saved in the destination folder. Totally blank. I've tried renaming. I've tried creating a new folder. I've uninstalled reinstalled . Still, no hhs. Support keeps sending me automated replies and simple faq links. Will pay $20 to anyone who can help me with this

I had to create new folder on my desktop so user account has permissions on the folder. If you have a hud, it is probably getting moved to some archive folder. I can take screenshots if it's not clear

So made a new folder, granted access to everyone, and played some hands. Still nothing in there. I would literally pay acr support just to look into this, I've been sending emails everyday, sigh

I created 2 folders
C:\Users\WindowsUsername\Desktop\TournamentSummary
C:\Users\WindowsUsername\Desktop\acrHands

I didn't have to mess with permissions. It just wouldn't create files in C:, so I tried the desktop and it worked. Tried just now and it still works
