Hey guys, it's per month and utilities are $75 each.

Right now we have one spot open, and it will be either a very large room for $700 or a 13x13 room with a private jack n jill full bath for $500.

Prefer at least 3 months. Room will be available September 1st.

House is 7 bedrooms, but one room we use as a green screen recording studio and guest room. We like to party, but we don't have ragers at the house, more out going, we have a big area downstairs with desks if you want to grind/work outside of your room with others.

where does someone go whose looking to do nothing but grind nonstop on UP, but has next to nothing for a bankroll and no other income (about $800) and part of thats tied up in UP trying to clear the bonus, and cant afford to pay upfront monthly and deposits? anyone at all on this site renting housing, and not only that, im leery about living with people who i dont know, and dont read my blog and know as friends. feel like its a good way to get setup to be robbed.

im trying to survive over here by samstown, but the $164 a week +13 internet weekly cost is killing me, i dont see how i can earn enough 1-2 tabling 10c-25c on UP to afford more than $300 a month at the rate of $75 a week instead of upfront, and none of my friends can let me live with them free. sure wish UP would add omaha and other sites would come online, life would be 100x easier.

any advice on where u find rent a little cheaper, and yet still a landlord who understands poker players?
