I'm Paul Gibbons and rent a house every summer for June and through the main (Jun 1 to Jul 10 this year.)
I grind MTTs every summer (since 2009) and have like a mil in earnings.

The house is a 5br, with pool, and outdoor grill in Spring Valley. It is pretty slick. Probably a 15m drive to the WSOP.
One bedroom has two queen beds, the others have kings or queens.

Two of the bedrooms are unoccupied for WSOP grinders. All 40 nights in your own room is about $2250 - if you chop, then $1500 each for the whole period.
Individual weeks are complicated to manage, but $800 for the week is probably doable.
I don't do this to make money, I just like the comfort of my own place.

I'm older and my only requirement would be that between midnight and 9AM is quiet during the week, and between 3AM and noon on weekends.
I don't mind 420. I usually have a couple of parties for the poker community.

I do regular work, for a big corporate, until noonish, and then will drive to WSOP. I generally don't mind people using my Audi for errands and stuff.
