Be a winning player at the level and game you teach. There's no set minimums for levels, you can be a winning micro player and make videos.

I think this is a pretty cool idea. However a couple of recommendations that you can consider or ignore as you like 1. Allow people to sample 2 minutes of every video (maybe this is the case, I didn't sign up). 2. Have a link to the coaches stats screen shot/pokertableratings 3. Have your coaches create lessons consisting of several video that can be purchased as a subscription or separately as people like.

These are the things that would make me likely to use a site like this. Also, I realized that ideas #1 and 3 are basically a ripoff of DeucesCracked... but oh well, I like a lot of the ways they set things up. I don't think you will have any problem finding coaches, which is the reason I am instead offering my unsolicited and possibly unwanted advice on how to get a strong customer base.

Tried to sign up but it doesn't seem to work. I just get put back to a blank registration page with all my info missing and no errors.

Mrjetguy,
thanks for the feedback - we always appreciate it good or bad.

sample videos - coaches are allowed to upload full free sample videos, not just the first 2 minutes, which is meaningless in my opinion. Full length free samples will actually give you a real idea of how the coach teaches and plays.

coaches stats - this info is on each individual coaches page - see here

subscriptions - we don't plan to implement individual coach subscriptions. However, coaches do have the option to upload multiple videos and sell them as a "package". For example, a coach could upload 10 videos on 6max $1/2 PLO and sell them all for $50.

Thanks for your ideas! Please let us know if you have any other suggestions

can you please send an email to support@smartpokertraining with the information you used to try and sign up?

I'm guessing that you are using some kind of special character somewhere, or your street address/city is causing the error.

Thanks

$40 per recruitment is a joke. I hope you pay the coaches better.

Hi thanks for the feedback. What do you feel is fair for simply referring a friend to upload a video? Coaches can sell videos for any price they choose, so how much they make is ultimately up to them.

The registration process doesn't work. I tried registering but when i "Submit" my info, the page just reloads.
Also, I'm really thinking on recording a couple of $10-$50 HU SNG videos. Could be a great anti-tilt measure.

Hi, you are probably using an illegal character somewhere. Try to sign up w/o using ', $, %, @, *, ^, etc.

Thanks.
