Just completed a trade. He sent $100 GDMP for my $145 Lock. For some reason (and it's the second time this has happened today) the code will not apply to my account online, and I get an error message to call a 1800 customer service line. When I try to load via the automated system, the code comes up as not valid. After the first occurrence I was able to speak to a rep and the code worked right away. Unfortunately, GreenDot's customer service is closed until 8am (6 hours from now) so I've been unable to verify that the code is valid. I will repost in the morning after I validate the code.
