Need a Custom 1920x1080 wallpaper

I recently had a wedding and was hoping someone could create me a HD picture in 1920x1080 format for my wall paper on my iMac.
I have a photo I would like to use, but would also like other artistic touches to be added to the photo.
I'm not sure what I'm willing to pay, so if your interested PM me and we can discuss details.

PM me the picture and we can work out a price, I have a lot of experience with photo editing. I can watermark the picture and send you that back before the finished copy just to show I'm not trying to rip you off

Eh I might be able to make what you want. I can't make an hd picture out of a bad picture so it has to be decent to start with. You can pm me anytime. As far as $ , whatever you think is fair I'm fine with. I'll send the photo before you pay.
