I decided to buy a home In Vegas, location is In North Las Vegas (Not the ****ty part of North Las Vegas North of Craig/West of 15 15 Minutes from strip) Im considering renting out 2 rooms of the 4 BedRooms and leaving 1 empty.

I will be moving in roughly in a month, creating this thread to see if there is any interest and if I can find people that I would like to live with. Rent will be what ever the avg rent price for the near by area is my guess would be somewhere between 450-650, pics of home will be posted once I see some interest ect.

Pretty much only looking for people beating mid stakes or higher, just trying to avoid some random who could be busto soon ect.

All the pics I could get online, the 2nd bathroom shown is connected to a room that has 2 doors in it, the 2nd room for rent is to the right of kitchen and you will also have your own bathroom just not connected directly across hall 1st bathroom shown.

Move in date unknown at moment but from my understanding 2-3 weeks.

prefer tenants that want to stay more then month no lease required but if room is available and someone known on 2p2 or someone well known vouches for them i dont mind
