Grindtopia – Vancouver Roommate(s) Wanted for Poker House

I'm looking for someone interested in getting an apartment in Vancouver, Canada starting January 1st 2012 for an initial 3 month lease.
*I lived in Vancouver for the last 3 months with abdaar; we came back home for the holidays, but he's moving to a different country next year...so I'm looking for a new roommate.
**In my experience, 3 bedroom apartments are nearly impossible to find... especially furnished, willing to do a three month lease, etc. If there is enough interest, I'm down to look for the elusive 3BR again...otherwise, just looking for one person to get a 2 BR with (there are a TON of options available for 2BR's).
About me:
--UCLA Deity--
- I'm 22 years old, graduated UCLA with a degree in Psychology.
- Played 800,000+ hands of small/mid/highstakes PLO8/NLO8 this year. 0 losing months
- I'm a Supernova on Pokerstars, going for Supernova Elite next year.
- Last trip to Vancouver I averaged going to clubs/bars once or maybe twice a week. I clubbed with Chicagojoey, amurophil, and a bunch of other 2+2'ers. I'm social, but obviously poker is the priority (I put in around 100-150k of cash hands/month).
Who am I looking for?
1) You can easily afford to pay 1,000-1,300 USD a month for rent.
2) You are easy to get along with and don’t have any anger/depression/mental problems.
3) 21+
4) Are interested in poker and have a good winning record (i.e. it will help if your 2+2 account has been around for a few years, and you have a good reputation).
5) You don’t do any drugs.
6) Bonus points if you're: 1) SNE or 2) high volume player or 3) midstakes+ grinder

Oh yeah, here is the view from my last apartment in Yaletown (downtown vancouver). Shouldn't be too much trouble getting another apartment at least as nice.
