My roommate and I are renting our 2br/2ba apartment, in a brand
new high end apartment complex in Mountains Edge, Las Vegas
We love our apartment but just purchased a house (in the same area), and so the apartment is available until the lease is up on July 11th. We are renting at well below market pricing in order to recoup rent $, so great deal for renters!
The complex has a 24hr pool, hot tub, gym, and grill area with TV’s. It comes with a dedicated covered parking spot included and plenty of additional parking on first come first serve basis.
The apartment is extremely conveniently located for poker players, being 15 minutes from the strip, 12 minutes from the airport, and an easy 20 minutes from some of the best hiking in the country at Red Rock National Park. I'm a poker player who will be grinding the series as well, and this is my favorite area of the city for a mix of easy access to the strip and suburban amenities (Tons of great new stores and restaurants with a Target and Walmart supercenter down the street and an Albertsons literally across the street. We are also right across the street from Exploration Peak & Exploration Park, one of the nicest outdoor amenities in the entire city).
The apartment is move-in ready, completely furnished, with all utilities and wifi included in the below pricing.
