FWIW at the time of this post he had believed he had sent me an email with the pics that he thought he sent 2 days ago. It wasnt until this morning when I PMed him and said hey Im still waiting for the pics and his response was "Really? Sorry man they were in my drafts folder, thought they sent the other day"

Bobo this 60 was from the other day. Im paying more than any offer in this thread and he is sending to me first. The deal is done.

Not anywhere in his post did he say he accepted your offer. You matched the highest bid and said 90 would be good with you. He never said it was sold to you (you just assumed this) or that you had the phone for 90. He was simply stating the highest bid.

Yes one person will be unhappy and thats understanable. I have all the emails saying phone is sold to me though with time stampings during this argument. I can forward them to you Bobo if needed but Im not sure what good that would do. OP will post in this thread tonight as he already told me this.

I've completely botched this entire thing, and for that I'm sorry. I had numerous conversations going with multiple at once and everything escalated after an email that I thought was sent actually didn't go through.

As it stands, I have a deal with BreakYaNeck for a price plus with shipping and will have the phone to him at the beginning of the week. He and I have been in constant communication with one another to handle all of the detail.

For all of the troubles, I am sorry. I got slammed with work the past two days, so I'm sorry this thread got out of hand. If the mods need to it can be removed or whatever. To all unhappy parties, once again I apologize. I am indeed sending first and can/will come back to post confirmation of the finalized shipping/receiving.

For all future purposes I will avoid transactions like this. Sorry to all.
