You're right lilman, but imo this situation is different. While I don't think you conducted yourself very well in this thread I do believe it was not an intentional mistake. Other members who remain banned tend have been outright scammers that got caught.

I do think you need to reread this thread several times, and maybe not get so defensive when people say your previous marketplace threads have been less than perfect. I do think you need to read other marketplace threads to determine how other sellers run theirs and try to emulate the amount of info provided and the attitude they have.

But it is not my impression that you robbed or scammed or intentionally did anything malicious here.

I will publicly post that I would support your reinstatement if/when you pay your remaining debt within the time stated with no further issue. Whether or not the other mods feel differently is not something I can guarantee, of course.

[x] falsely advertise item for sale
[x] lie about when item is being sent
[x] never provide tracking number
[x] item takes two weeks to reach its destination
[x] item received is not the item buyer bought
[x] decline offering a refund because money is already spent

yes, that is the screen that links the chain in OP's photos together. if you click "system report" it brings you to the hardware overview screen.

it's ridiculous to believe that:

(1) OP somehow never saw the screen expressly stating "15-inch, Early 2011" while simultaneously
(2) "measured the screen wrong and swore up and down it was 17 inches" -- screen size is expressed diagonally so it's not even possible to use a longer measurement.
