Don't want to derail or troll your thread in anyway, but...
1) Installing and setting up Wordpress on a new site is EXTREMELY easy these days.
2) I don't doubt your knowledge or expertise in SEO, but
a) Backlinks to your website from a relatively new, undeveloped, low-content wordpress site is not going to really help your site in any way (no matter where it is located on the site). Are you expecting that the people that take you up on this offer commit to building their site drastically and filling it with content over x amount of time?
b) SEO from 2years ago as compared to SEO today is literally night and day. Have you had this work over the past few months? What kind of results have you had?
c) Didn't Google's most recent update really hurt sites that are actively using tons of footer backlinks? I'd definitely research this if I were you.
I mean, it blatantly says on Google's website:
Once again, not trying to derail your thread or "hate" on your venture, just pointing out that it actually might not be worth your time at all trying to acquire backlinks in this manner. I work with numerous websites that are top 5 or 10 in Google for multimillion search results for main keywords, not some crazy longtail search term... and we have never gone after backlinks via footers of websites.
