Wir suchen nach wie vor nach einem Mitbewohner für unser Penthouse in Sliema in Malta!
We r searching for a new roomie for our penthouse in Sliema, Malta!

Das Penthouse befindet sich superzentral in Malta - ihr benötigt kein Auto. Zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, zum Supermarkt sind es 5 Minuten und ihr bekommt den Stuff nach eurem Einkauf kostenlos geliefert, das Meer ist direkt vor Tür,
Fitnessstudio sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Partymeile sind es 8 Minuten mit dem Taxi, in unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche andere PokerWGs, sodass die ersten Kontakte schnell geknüpft sind...
The penthouse is located pretty much in the center of Malta - you'll need no car. Many restaurants r directly around the corner, the supermarkt is 5 minutes by foot and they will deliver your stuff for free after ur purchase, the ocean is directly in front of the door,
gym is 5 minutes by foot, party district is 8 minutes by taxi and in the direct neighbourhood there r many other poker flats so that the first contacts are made pretty fast...
Das Penthouse selber hat 330m², 4 Schlafzimmer, riesigen Wohnbereich (wo wir unser Büro eingerichtet haben - niemand spielt in seinem Zimmer), 5 Bäder, große Dachterasse mit BBQ Area und Jacuzi (im Sommer hat man hier von 10 Uhr morgens bis 17Uhr abends Sonne), 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmachine,
Spülmachine, Trocker, etc. - kurz gesagt, es ist absolut alles vorhanden und nebenbei topmodern eingerichtet.
Putzfrau kommt einmal die Woche und wäscht bei Bedarf auch eure Klamotten, wenn ihr davon Gebrauch machen wollt.
The penthouse itself has 330m², 4 bedrooms, a huge living area (where we established our office - nobody is playing in his room), 5 bathrooms, big terrace with jacuzi and BBQ area (in summer u have sun here from at least 10am to 5pm), 2 fridges, washingmachine,
dishwasher, dryer, etc. - in short, everything u need is there and is equipped top-modern.
The cleaer comes one time in the week and can wash ur clothes as well if u want to.
Derzeit ist ein Zimmer frei. Es ist das kleinste im Penthouse (ca. 16m²) und ihr hab kein direkt an das Zimmer angeschlossenes Bad, jedoch gehört der Mainbathroom quasi euch allein, da die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer über eigene Bäder verfügen.
Desweiteren nutzen wir die Zimmer eigentlich nur zum schlafen und zum *****, da das eigentliche Leben im Wohnbereich abläuft.
Atm there is one room free. It's the smallest in the penthouse (ca. 16m²) and u don't have a bathroom directly connected to it, but the main bathroom is completely yours, bc the other rooms have seperate bathrooms.
Furthermore we only use the rooms for sleep and ****, all other things take party in the main living area.
WIR SUCHEN / WE SEARCH:
Ambitionierte Spieler ab NL200++ (wenn ihr PLO, FL oder SNGs oder was weiß ich was auf vergleichbaren Limits spielt ist das auch kein Problem) die Lust haben auf Malta in professioneller Umgebung Geld zu verdienen und zu Leben.
Ambitious players from NL200++ (no problem if u play different variantes at comparable stakes) who r willing to live and make money in a professional surrounding at Malta.

Ist 24, und erst vor kurzem aus Köln hierhergezogen. Er spielt NL400+600 SH auf Stars und FT und spielt auch mit dem Gedanken dieses Jahr SNE zu machen. Die Freizeitaktivitäten sind mit meinen zu vergleichen.
Is 24 and moved in short term ago from cologne. He's playing NL400+600 SH at Stars and FT and is thinking about SNE as well for tis year. Freetime activities r comparable to mine.

Ist 23 und derzeit noch auf Weltreise unterwegs, wird jedoch irgendwann im Februar zurückkommen. Er spielt in erster Linie 600 und 1k, z.T. auch höher auf diversen Seiten.
Is 23 and atm doing a world tour but he will return in february. He's playing 600 and 1k for the most part but sometimes even higher. He plays on different sites.
MONATlichen Kosten / Monthly costs:
Penthousemiete / Rent: 1.000Euro
Internet: 25Euro
Putzfrau / Cleaner: 70Euro
Strom+Wasser / electricity+water: 100-250Euro
Lebenshaltung / Cost of living:
Hier kommt es ganz auf euch an. Geht ihr oft essen oder kocht ihr selber, gebt ihr 300 Euro an nem Abend aus wenn ihr feiern geht, oder kommt ihr mit 30 gut hin, etc.
Insgesamt sind Lebensmittel im Supermarkt spürbar teurer, Zigaretten und Benzin sind etwas günstiger, Essen gehen ist def. günstiger als in Deutschland und Parties sind wesentlich günstiger als in Deutschland.
In the end it depends on you. R u going to restaurants often or will u cook, do u spending 300euro a night out or only 30, etc.
In general I only can compare the stuff to german prices. Supermarkert is def. more expensive, cigs and fuel is a little cheaper, going out for eating is cheaper and party is much cheaper compared to germany.

Penthouse is on the 8th floor min. 60m above the ground... you could make a solid video of it while sitting in the jacuzi with 2 naked chicks and slipping some dom... selling tis video to CNN or BBC would make u a 2 years poker salary in few minutes so plz rethink ur decision
