Home button requires a bit of pressure, some of bottom of screen activates also with pressure.
FYI, no charger or sync cable.

I was suggesting in post w/pics reply that bottom half of touch screen is somewhat responsive & not completely dead...iphone charger/sync ~$5...you couldn't ask for a better place for this phone to be cracked.
