"Holdem Manager Licensing Servers Down
The hosting company for our servers is having connection issues. Rest assured we are doing everything to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Who is this affecting?

Licensing works in that it tries to connect once every 2 weeks to verify your license. Users who had their license verified 2 weeks ago are having the problem right now.

Holdem Manager Email is also affected.

What are you doing to resolve this so it doesn't happen again?

While there is no 100% way to solve this it will be discussed heavily in the coming days once our hosting company resolves issues on their end and we have everyone up and running again. First priority is getting people up and running.

That was said by someone who works for HEM. It would appear that their hosting company is having issues, so I guess I can only wait as that is the precise problem I'm having, getting the license.

Hi there, whilst it may seem high - sorry the standard I charge for vig is around 15-20% because of credit card fees, exchange rate changes (and the fact that they give me the worst exchange rate when I buy and when I cash out), after that I barely make a cent for my time. Sorry! And also I don't think I can bother with escrows, check out the thread and you will see a tonne of references where the other person sent first for amounts up to $300, I have share packages in the marketplace for up to $2000 of investors money too, never with a problem. Sorry guys gonna have to add one exception to my rule of being able to do anything you ask - not able to sell HEM keys, got a small infraction for this earlier today - this isn't allowed (read in the rules a while ago but forgot when this came up recently).

*Although if you need to buy HEM I can get a visa giftcard or similar to sell to you so you can buy it yourself. I wasn't actually selling the HEM key itself but the service of buying it for you. Thanks everyone

Worked as a collections agent at 18, if you are serious, once you tell them "Do not ever call me again" they will have to abide by that. If you do not, they will hang up and call u again tomorrow. Another tidbit, if the VERY FIRST words out of their mouth are not "this is an attempt to collect a debt. This call may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance..."then you can have your debt erased right away. Very strict rules when it comes to stuff like this.
