Umm if you have a huge file of hand histories I can probably sort them out so they become uploadable to HEM. This usually occurs if you play some games outside of your normal computer/laptop and request the hand histories from Stars which get e-mailed to you in a large clump.

Also might be abel to do some hand history reviews, depending on your game. I can probably give you some decent advice for micro (and low) MTTs, MTT SnGs and micros cash although in non of the above do I consider myself a top player - a fairly decent winning player though.

If there's anything you have in mind feel free to let me know!

Sorry for this amount I'm going with $70. The main reason is because the exchange rate is really iffy at the moment and it's likely going to get worse (in terms of using US to buy NZ). Also, the other person was charged $70.

I get charged something like 2-3% for offshore margins, as well as an effective few percentage since they give me the worst exchange rate at the time and likewise when I cash out..

I rebooted multiple times, just uninstalled and reinstalled HEM still getting this message:

There were errors during activation. You can retry activating online or go back and try another method. If problems persist please contact customer service.

its saying "unable to connect to the remote server"

wtf my internet connection is fine, I'm so bummed idk what to do, this is the worst finally get HEM but can't get it to work properly.

And you definitely copy/pasted the serial I e-mailed?
It says the key is being used on one computer.

Edit: I've e-mailed them telling to manually reset the code for me, the reset isn't working for me at the moment. Will send you an e-mail when they get back to me.
If it still doesn't work after that you'll probably have to contact them directly and sort it out, but I can try my best to help

It automatically used the serial, I clicked the link from the email so I didn't have to enter the code. . .

I haven't got the chance to enter it again.

What happens if you just enter the serial when installing? Anyway regardless they'll reset it soon, from past experience their support has been fairly quick
