-you would have a roommate (welcome to LA haha).
-We are on one of the higher floors, so we have an amazing view of tree tops and the Getty from our balcony.
-Living room/kitchen all fully furnished. You have to provide your own bed/desk (roommate who is moving out will probably sell his full size bed for for like $50.)
- Spa, Pool/Jacuzzi, study lounge, and full gym provided in apartment building. Security key required for entrance in building.
-Underground Parking available for +$100 (lol its a rip off, but its also Westwood)

People:
-You will be living with me and 2 other roommates. I'm the only person who plays poker regularly. (I usually put in around 100-150k hands a month at 50PLO8,100PLO8 and 200PLO8.)
-We typically party/drink/bars/frats etc. 2-6 nights a week depending on school work.
-our majors are Pre-Med, Pre-Law, and Civil Engineering.
-I'm very interested in poker and love to talk strategy/etc. Anyone who plays would be a +1, but not a requirement.

Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Though, the roommate can put off moving out till end of December if need be. Obviously, priority will be given to those able to move in soonest.

how far from commerce?

It's not terribly far during off-peak traffic hours, something like 20-25 minutes. It could be easily over an hour during rush hour though.

No thats right, about 25 mins away during non rush times. This apartment is still available for those who are interested...

Commerce may be a bit far away, but it's just a quick drive down the 405 to Hollywood Park!
