I stayed at this place last year and he dropped the rate this year, but I decided to stay at Palms Place this year. Just figured I'd make a quick thread because I know how much of a hassle it is trying to find solid housing that isn't a scam. It's an upscale 4BR with a loft (you can throw a bed there if you want to split it 5 ways). Pool, pool table, nice kitchen, etc. Shoot me a message if you're interested. I think it's in the 14k range for 7 weeks.
