It's not jail broken. I don't know off the top of my head but I haven't added any apps since purchasing it.

dumb question.....

i know when we buy NEW electronics (computer hardware,tv, kindle,etc.) , some fees might be add on delivery for the buyers across the borders to canada .

probably not but, i just hope when stuff are used, no fees can happen but i heard differently, example when u buy on ebay ?
