i'm going to Asia over the Winter and would like to rent out my 1br penthouse in a prime location in Vienna. The place has around 75m² plus balcony and terrace on the upper floor. Living here for over 2 years now and everything is in mint condition!



- prime location (7th district): you can walk in 5 minutes to 50+ restaurants, have breakfast downstairs, walk into the tourist district in 10minutes, get food delivery from everywhere in the city, 2 supermarkets literally 1minute walk, Vienna main shopping street 3mins walk, several gyms 3-10minutes walk.
Alot of pokerplayers live in Vienna due to taxes and 7th district is the main pokerplayer hub here, easy to connect and build a social circle very quickly

- everything stays in the flat, completely furnished. you can use my herman miller embody chair, my 40" screen, 52"TV w surround system etcetcetc / only issue: i dont cook so i dont own any pans or pots

- i take care of all the bills (internet, electricity, maintainance) - just the cleaner you would have to pay yourself (30euro one visit)

- i want to rent this out from nov1st until april 30th 2018 (6months) - this would be the optimum for me

- good place if you not really sure if you wanna move to Vienna, just move in here and start searching for your own place beginning next year if you like the city

- price: 1.4k euro all inc (i'm paying 1.3+bills myself)
