Hey man I'm not in LV but would offer some minor advice on your ad if you won't be offended:
1) change the "rip" in driver seat leather to "small tear"or leave it out completely until the come to look at it
2) Def leave out "Recommended repairs: O2 sensors and throttle position sensor. Costs $675 at Purrfect Auto on Jones and Windmill, but I found out parts are less than $300 (possibly $170 if you get the universal O2 sensors that need soldering, but I wouldn't go the cheap route. Stick with OEM.)"
This could be discussed with a potential buyer if you want full disclosure but may turn people off to even giving your car a look. If you leave it in I'd at least change it to "Recommended repairs: O2 sensors and throttle position sensor. (Parts: $170-300)"
Anyone will be expecting a 92 Lexus like yours to have things that need repaired. If you do not need the cash right now you may be able find a reliable 2+2er that would like to rent it out during the WSOP.
