I have two rooms available in a 5 bedroom house about 5-10 mins from the strip. Rooms are avail March 1 for a year. Longterm lease not nec, but id prefer someone whos staying for at least 3 months. Basically it would be a month to month thing with 30 days notice if youre leaving.

It is available for just the WSOP, but expect to pay a bit more if thats the plan.

roommates are 20s-30s poker players.

electricity is going to be split 5 ways, everything else included. My off the cuff guess is somewhere around 75/per person for electricity around now and maybe twice that once it gets really hot.

quick change -- after looking at the rooms, i decided one is going to be 850 and one is going to be 1150, since one is much larger than the other.... ill post pics and dimensions of the specific rooms this weekend after i measure them and take them.

some more info to answer questions that have come up:

both the houses and the rooms are furnished.
room dimensions -- small room 10x11 large room 14x14
small room shares a bathroom with one of the other rooms large one has its own bathroom.

420 friendly -- yes... both of the two ppl here until july smoke everyday, and both of the people taking their place smoke pretty often.

Pets -- probably not... one here already (the one in my avatar)

what do the roommates play -- I play LO8 and nlhe MTTs live and online. right now, there is one online MTT player and one online 200nl player. In july, theyre being replaced by a 2/5-5/10 live player and an online 100nl player (clearly the skill level of the house is dropping).

$ to move in -- first month rent plus one month deposit. If you give 30 days notice you can use your deposit as last months rent.

can you walk/bus to the strip? -- no... you probably need a car.

the smaller room is spoken for as of now... bigger room still open.

Where is the place located? Can you give more info about the guys that already live there?

area -- rainbow and warm springs are the nearest cross streets... tbh im not really sure what you would call the neighborhood... centenial hills maybe? Its a nice area... new construction and all the houses are in little gated enclaves. ill post some about whos going to be living here shortly...

anyway re: the people living here now heres the deal.

right now there are 3 ppl in the house myself and 2 ppl on the lease from last year. I'm going to be here for the duration but the two people from last year are most likely leaving at some point during the summer...

so right now we have

matt -- here until the summer early 20s, plays 1-2nlhe 6-max...

jamie -- also here until summer, aslo early 20s, succesful online mtt player.

me -- 30's.. play lo8 live and online (5-10 - 15-30 online 30-60 live) and sometimes donk around playing holdem when omaha just gets to be too much of a souldestroying grind.
