mom has had this forever and she'd like to get rid of it, obtained from german family friend who supposedly brought it over from europe on a cruise ship quite a while ago

has been examined/appraised whatever by some art guy and deemed authentic(both frame/original painting)

Can be brought to las vegas this summer or I can bring it back to europe when I return after WSOP

any questions LMK I will try to figure it out, but am by no means any expert on this - ty
