I'm behind the loop, but how does it work? you send the number/pin, and I can use it like a normal visa?

yes, you need to register it online and you can make an online purchase where visa card is accepted. Or i can mail it to u obv if you wanted to make live purchases.
so yes i pm card number, ex date, 3 digit security number.
