We have one room available starting in march in a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house. Month to month lease, but i would prefer someone willing to committ to a longer term (have the house through next march). You will have your own bathroom.

Deposit: 1K. You can use it for your last months rent provided you give 30 days notice. Youre gonna need to send the deposit to lock the place up

roommates -- laid back 20s -30s grinders... 420 and alcohol friendly. Adderall friendly too if you share but real drugs probably wont be cool.

I think a situation where someone with a normal job lived here would be kind of akward. For non-pokerers i guess it would be kind of a case by case basis thing.
