yeah been try Harding to get out of this rough patch
but came to the conclusion last night im going to drop a table and focus on improving rather than the volume for the rest of this month and next.

funny you ask about the studying i haven't studied in a few months intentionally tho but as of last night back on the study grind will be studying atleast 1 hour aday which will prob be more around 2 hours or so

as of how i study the main one would be pio i bought a new pc at the start of the month and one of the reasons was to run pio faster ran 8 sims so far today feels good to get back on it other methods i use is friends on skype which prob has improved my game the most if im honest bouncing ideas of each other sweats etc + running pt4 filters to try work out our leaks and areas to improve <<< forgot to save my pt4 filters to my memory stick when switching pcs so will need to set up my old pc really cba doing it tho sheer lazyness :P will get it done by the end of the month

Hmmmm prob a bit of both at the start of my graph i was studying every day so may be something just clicked cant say for sure what clicked.
but defo some variance to when this was happening i tried to put it down to bad play and improve still to this day i do it motivates me to get better when down swinging / breakeven stretches.

been 2 tabling last few days with a little bit of 3 tabling today will stick with the 2 tabling untill the end of the month unless i fall behind with volume. plan is to get 40k hands by the end of the month and continue off the table work with reviews and pio.

To sum the month up in one word would be frustrating worst month in terms of $ this year i felt most of the month was me try Harding then getting stacked a bunch was swingy and couldn't get any momentum going
but on a positive note up 900 bucks better than being in a black

going to take a few days off and get back on the grind around the 1st or 2nd


goals for next month

1.Play a 100 hours 2/3 tabling
2.20hours of study << wont be tracking this but reviewing most sessions will be over 20 hours
3.Start Meditating every day mind set needs to be in a better place i have a course that i will be doing each day
4.Update thread at least 4 times
5.Win money !

hello! time for an update

since the start of the month took a few days of as i never took any of at the end of last month and its still been swingy again but still along away to go untill the end of the month hoping for over 50k hands.

the weather has been good here so been enjoying that nice walks with the dog and hit the beer garden twice in one of the local pubs in my town nice way to chill out and get away from the pc

also played some live poker was just a 10 pound rebuy honegame in one the pubs that they host every 2 weeks chopped it hu for a 160 pound

want be doing as much poker as i usaly do this week heading in to Edinburgh for food and drinkings to watch the world cup on wednesday then on monday its my bday and going out for a bday meal and drinkings on sunday with the family and watch the world cup final should be a good day out hopefully it doesnt effect my volume to much but prob at least another 2/3 days of poker

better post a winning graph before its in the negative again

July update

hello its been a while since i updated right after i updated the thread i had about a week off had some IRL stuff to do and was planning on updating on the 20th but never had a decent sample to update on so decided to update at the end of month

month hasn't went well not to bad considering its my first losing month this year
i also decided to give another site ago instead of zoom
been feeling a bit burnt out of zoom if im honest
So I decided to play some poker on GG its an Asian network with a few skins sharing the player pool

all in all down about 1.4k for the month 14 buyings so its no biggie

i had a paragraph explaining why i decided to give another site ago but didn't want my update to be a big negative one so shortened it down to being burnt out i only lost 900 dollars and wasn't a full month at zoom so defiantly not a 9 buying swing that made me leave lol
haven't been enjoying zoom the last 3 months well 2 and a half months
and if im going to play reg tables may as well try another site with RB
