Is there much difference in theory between 2x pot and ripping? Before you get grumpy it's an actual question.
Depends on player I guess
Yea it changes a lot. My bet goes from needing to work around ~66% to ~81%, villain only needs to call 1 in 5 times instead of 1/3 to avoid being exploited and I'm allowed to have a lot more bluffs. I think shoving is just unnecessary for value and for bluffing, but there could be an argument made for 300% pot instead of 220% IMO

Here's the kinda beaches we're blessed with in the UK. I'd imagine your beaches are a lot nicer than this!

Yeh I had the Elite last month. I watched all of Sauce's NLH videos and a bit of ERA7ER, that's about it. I wouldn't recommend RIO Elite tbh.
I'm actually from Devon bro moved to straya 3 years ago .
Ahh fair enough, why the move?

Goddam we have better than that in the UK Clanty
Wtf lol. I've only ever been to 3 UK beaches which were Brighton, Torgue and Margate and none of them looked anything like those - pretty sure two of them were stone beaches

Not the best of days today, but definitely played super well. Prob around 8-9/10 gameplay-wise at all times without any tilt manifesting at any point.
Will play some more tonight, hopefully I can claw some of it back. Tbh, I shouldn't be hoping for anything other than to play well, because that's all that matters - we can't stop ourselves from losing a 5b's in the next 200 hands we play, so I will need to put some effort into just focusing on peak performance and nothing else.
1. Vs fish. Call pre because sb was a passive reg and bb fish.
That's my point. 35 degree heat with 100% humidity is the nut low.
Ah right, yeah that must suck

It's just me exploiting a guy that is FOS most of the time (IMO) - I'd never do it vs a reg/thinking player. I definitely double check a lot of Kx there so I've no problem with what I'm trying to rep. The hand choice is pretty bad, but I think raising is better than folding as an exploit specific to the player.

I've done the same thing a fair bit on AAx flops, check back the flop and raise their turn stab (with air). Even if they know you're FOS many players won't do anything about it.
That picture of Luskentyre beach is pretty amazing. I think the wi-fi might be a bit ****, and the temperature a bit low, on the Isle of Harris though. Camber Sands probably wins for southerners.

It's specifically when the rec stabs pot after xx flop x turn, the xr ends up working way too often vs that action

Just Google'd Camber Sands - I never knew we had such nice beaches :O

AT>AK AIPF in HU for 1st and $750 worth of equity. Then he luckboxes his way to victory. He was so so SO bad it pains me to know I lost. I wouldn't mind losing vs a solid reg but the guy was 10% vpip before I got HU with him...
