Hi 2p2,

I've done a couple of these before but ended up stopping due to XYZ. Anyway, I've had the urge to make a new one lately, so here goes!

About me:
I'm a 21 y/o guy from the UK grinding 6max cash on PS. I started playing in Sept 2015, but only took it somewhat seriously upon the turn of 2016. Even with me then taking it more serious, my overall dedication still left a lot to be desired as I had other interests and my work ethic was (in general) pretty poor; too many hours spent playing games/watching TV etc.

This brings me to 2017, where, even though it has only been ~50 days, I have been putting in more effort than I ever have before, both on and off the tables. I am really happy with my progress so far, both in my results and my work ethic. Looking forward to what 2017 has to offer

Plans/Goals:
- 500z by 2018
- 50k BR by 2018
- to deem 2017 as a success

YTD (mix of 25z/50z/tiny bit of 100z):

Will update every few days or so with some interesting hands and updates.

Thanks for reading & gl

Genuinely here to wish you all the best. I really hope you can make it.

And now some questions,

Why do you have a spread of 3 stakes in a 60k hand sample? Are you doing some spooky BRM? Do you ever intend on playing a meaningful sample at any one stake? (That was a joke btw but I guess a needle too because it's you). Also how do you plan on getting to 500z in just one year? Will you just use super spooky BRM and constantly move up/move down? Because if so, and say you have a 5-10bb/100 wr across all stakes, I can see it happening. If you try to play meaningful samples at each level (I.e 100k+ hands), you'll have to put a whole lot of volume in in a very small window.

I want you to succeed very badly.

Highly doubt it, I'm too paranoid about it now. Sorry

Well it's basically just the two stakes, only the last 3k hands are 100z. The BRM hasn't been too unconventional tbh. I started at 25z w/ $500 on 01/01/2017 and moved up at 30bi's on a shot basis each time. I wasn't planning on moving to 100z until $4k but I asked a friend who knows a lot more than I, and he said 4bi's should be OK to shot with if I feel comfortable enough, and I did.

I have the projected plan/forecast in Excel. If all goes to plan, then I should be at 500z by September w/ 50bi's. Of course it could be sooner than that, or later, depending on variance and how well I play etc.

Thank you.

OT meaning off table? If so, then nothing really mate, bar the amount of time I'm dedicating. I make sure to do at least 3ish hours of study work each day, ranging from hand reviews with friends, VOD reviews, sweats, stuff in Excel etc. I did this all before, just less of it all.
